How it works

Three easy steps. Reporting takes a few seconds.

  1. Open the app

    No password. The app gives you a Radar profile automatically. You don't need to sign up.

  2. Check before you go in

    Find the pickup point. See the current wait, or Likely fast or Likely slow if there are no recent reports.

  3. Report your wait

    After you collect the order, tap Report wait. It takes seconds. Your report helps other drivers, and you earn RadarPoints.

Questions from drivers

Do I need an account?

No. The app gives you a Radar profile automatically. You can report waits straight away. To protect your RadarPoints, add your email later. No password needed. The app emails you a 6-digit code.

When can I download the app?

The iPhone and Android apps are coming soon. For now, the live preview shows real Chicago pickup points and waits.

Does it track my location?

No background tracking. The app uses your location while you use it, to show nearby pickup points and check you are at a pickup point when reporting. The website asks for location only when you choose to use it. Read the privacy policy for more.
