Common questions

• Radar profile and email

  The app gives you a Radar profile automatically. You do not need to log in to use PickupRadar or earn RadarPoints. Adding your email is optional. It protects your RadarPoints if you change or reset your phone. No password needed. The app emails you a 6-digit code.

• RadarPoints and referrals

  You earn RadarPoints for valid wait reports (+10 RP, or +15 RP when it says Report needed), a first report bonus (+10 RP extra) and pickup points we approve (+20 RP). You can invite a driver from Profile. You both need protected Radar accounts (add your email). Your friend enters your code before their first valid wait report. When your friend makes 3 valid wait reports, on at least 2 different days (UTC time), at 2 different pickup points, you each earn +50 RP. Rewards coming soon. You can't redeem RadarPoints yet.

• Driver messages

  Profile has Messages: announcements, alerts and personal messages for your city or Radar profile. Old or removed messages may no longer appear.

• Delete your account

  Delete your account in the app: Profile → Delete account. Or email support@pickupradar.com. If you did not add an email, the app shows Delete Radar profile instead. See the Delete account page for the steps.

• Missing or wrong pickup points

  Is a pickup point missing? Tap Suggest pickup point in the app. Is one wrong? Tap Report a problem. Or email us and we will check it.

• Your delivery app accounts

  PickupRadar does not connect to your Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub or other delivery app accounts. We never ask for your delivery app logins, passwords, account details, customer details or order details. Drivers only share pickup reports, like wait times and pickup point problems.
